Green Environment (January)
Green environment relates to how to conserve environment and improved health of the environment. Employees at DK SCHWEIZER attends a talk related to the concerns for environmental conservation and improved health of the environment.
Old Folks Home Cleaning (January)
A visit to old folks’ home is one of the necessary employee activities in our organization to promote the virtues of respecting the elderly. DK SCHWEIZER truly believes that there will be some vulnerable groups who need some sort of help financially and emotionally. During this visit, the CSR group cleaned, decorated the old folk’s home, and cooked them some food for the day.
International Forest Day (March)
On 23rd of March 2013, DK SCHWEIZER paid a visit to Kepong Botanical Garden prior to the International Day of Forests to raise awareness of the importance of all types of forests. We cleaned the forest to conserve the environment and improved health of the environment.
Recycling (April)
DK SCHWEIZER’s recycling programme is to promote the community’s consciousness on the importance of recycling and to teach them the 3R concept, which is reduce, reuse, and recycle. We managed to obtain a collection of plastics, papers, glasses, and metals in the means of preserving the nature.
